The website cyberwatch.fr (hereinafter “the Site”) is published by CYBERWATCH, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 809 514 318, with its registered office located at 10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 PARIS (hereinafter “the Company”). The Company is represented by its President, Mr. Reynald Hazard.
The publication director is Mr. Reynald Hazard.
The design and graphic production of the Site are under the responsibility of the Company.
The Site is hosted by Kinsta Ltd, 71 – 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, on servers located in Belgium (European Union).

Access to and use of the site cyberwatch.fr (hereinafter “the Site”) are subject to the unconditional acceptance by the user (hereinafter “the User”),of these Terms of Use (hereinafter “the ToU”), including our Privacy Policy.
These ToU may be modified or supplemented at any time by the Company, particularly to comply with legal, regulatory, jurisprudential, or technological developments. The date of the latest update is clearly stated at the beginning of these ToU. Modifications are binding upon the User as soon as they are posted online. Users are therefore advised to consult the ToU regularly.
1. TERMS OF USE
The Site, accessible at cyberwatch.fr, is operated in compliance with French law. By connecting and using the Site, you acknowledge having read these terms, accept them unreservedly, and agree to comply with them.
2. USER INFORMATION
As a User, regardless of your status (professional or individual), location, device used to access the Site, or the purpose of your visit, you are informed of the inherent risks of the Internet, particularly the lack of guaranteed continuity in access.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs, and icons, and their formatting, are the exclusive property of the Company, except for trademarks, logos, or content belonging to partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission, or publication, even partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement as defined by Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The Company also holds the “database producer rights” referred to in Book III, Title IV of the French Intellectual Property Code (Law No. 98-536 of July 1, 1998).

CYBERWATCH is a registered trademark.
Any unauthorized reproduction or representation of this or any other Company-owned trademarks, whether figurative or not, is prohibited and subject to legal action.
Users are forbidden from deleting or modifying any ownership markings on Site elements.

Links to the Site
Users and visitors may not set up a hyperlink to this Site without the Company’s express prior authorization.
Requests must be sent via the contact form to the Company’s legal and marketing departments. The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse such requests without justification.

The Site may contain links to other websites or online resources.
The Company has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their availability, content, or use.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These ToU are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office. The reference language for any legal disputes is French.
