FACE COVERING REQUIRED
Face masks are mandatory for all participants, on the whole exhibition.
SOCIAL DISTANCING AND TRAFFIC FLOWS
A traffic flow will be set up with visible road markings, to ensure social distancing.
You will find many distributors of antibacterial gel at the show.
REINFORCED HYGIENE MEASURES
Manual disinfection of the contact points by the IT & IT Security Meetings team will be effective throughout the show. The so-called “sensitive” contact points will be disinfected very regularly in order to guarantee you optimal safety. You will also find specific bins in the show to throw away your mask when you change it.
PATIENT CARE OF PEOPLE WITH COVID SYMPTOMS
A medical team will be present during the whole event. People with COVID-19 symptoms will be isolated and taken care of by the appropriate health services.
All health measures are established on the basis of government information and the French Union of Event Trades (UNIMEV). These will be regularly checked and updated according to government and prefectural directives.
You can therefore come and meet us in complete safety!
